The Light Explorers Class 1- Meditation, Grounding and Protection

The Light Explorers- Meditation Grounding and Protection
Grounding:
Grounding will quickly center you, and balance your energies. It brings you back in touch with your deep self, and divine energy.

Technique: Breath. As you exhale, send your awareness deep into the earth, right to the molten core of Mother earth.

In the moment where you pause between exhalation and inhalation, open yourself up.

As you inhale, allow that earth energy to flow in and up, filling you, and continuing up through the top of your head high into the sky, as energetic branches.

As you exhale, allow energy and light to flow down through the top of your head, filling you as it goes, and continuing on deep into the heart of the Earth.

In the pause, be aware that you are a conduit for the two-way flow of energy between the earth and sky.

As you inhale, allow the mingled energies of earth and sky to rise from the core of the Mother, flow upward into your heart centre, filling it and warming it.

Meditation: Visualization meditation is a form of meditation in which you use your imagination to relax your body, mind, and spirit. It removes excessive mental, emotional, and physical stress. It will help you feel more peaceful and allows clarity and enlightenment to enter the subconscious mind.
Visualization meditation is known to cure emotional and behavior related problems. People with anxiety, stress, and phobias have overcome their problems by following visualization meditation.


Technique: Find a quiet corner in the house or a garden. Sit comfortably with your hands resting on your lap. Close your eyes and think or imagine about anything that makes you feel good. For example, imagine that you are performing really well in your job or school, you are really happy and lucky to have a wonderful life, you are surrounded with all your loved ones and having a great time, or you are on a holiday with your friends and family at the most beautiful place in the world, you are looking fit and healthy, etc. These are some of the positive things you can imagine about, that will boost your mood and motivation. Always express gratitude at the end of your meditation.

Music Visualization Meditation Technique: As the name suggests, in this visual meditation technique, music plays a major role. First you need to select any kind of soft music of your choice. Nature sounds, ocean, instrumentals are great for this type of mediation and provide a starting and stopping point that is easy to follow. Play music on lower volume and imagine randomly whatever comes to your mind while listening to the music. Allow only positive things to enter your mind. I like to use a beautiful picture of water, mountains, sunset, ect... Always express gratitude at the end of your meditation. There is no wrong way to meditate, it is your own way of finding peace within.

 

Protection:
Spiritual Protection is something that everyone should know how to do, regardless of our religious beliefs. It encompasses far more than just ghosts & spirits too. Negativity in any form can be damaging to the human energy field (aura). Fear, anger, depression, negative people/places, arguments and more actually create negative energy that can cling to you or build up in your home and cause problems over time. Spiritual cleansings are very important, for yourself and your home. I recommend they be done at least every few months, more if you find yourself feeling stressed or fatigued. Here is a great way to protect yourself and strengthen your psychic energy.

Technique: One of the most important aspects of spiritual protection is "white light" protection. It's very simple to do and it is very effective at removing and preventing negative energy from affecting you. To do this, just visualize an egg-shaped sphere of brilliant white light completely surrounding you, from head to toe. Really focus on seeing it clearly in your mind, and keep building it up so it's SUPER bright and glowing. See it as a solid barrier of protection that negativity cannot cross. If you wish, you can also say a prayer of protection while doing this. You don't have to get fancy with the wording. Say something like, "God please surround me with a sphere of powerful, brilliant white light. Send the Archangels to protect me from all harm, and please send my Spirit Guides to guide me, guard me”.

You can do this for yourself, loved ones, pets, even your house and car! Before traveling anywhere, you can visualize this white light surrounding your car, and the occupants of the car. At night before you go to bed, visualize the white light completely surrounding your house and your family, preventing any harmful energies even bad dreams from entering. This should be done frequently, whether you feel threatened or not. Over time, this builds up a strong shield of protection that is with you always. And just keep reinforcing it, day after day. It's best to do this in the morning and again at night before bed, but it can be done as many times as you want, anytime of dayJ

Jackie, I'm sure most people already realize it but I'd like to say it outloud: You are an amazing woman, who truly cares for others and desires to help everyone, no matter the situation or type of help needed. You know how close to my heart this Program is and what you have created is truly innovative and awe inspiring for every child in the Light Explorers. I can't imagine anyone else leading this Program, I'm just sorry it took me so long to see it but I finally see the light. (And yes, I sense you smiling at that) I may not be psychic but I know YOU are the blessing, my friend.
